Blastomere activity quantification*

Based on a complex, proprietary algorithm we can calculate the blastomer activity from high-quality time-lapse images. The fully automated analysis can determine the exact onset and duration of the first cell divisions.

The unattended analysis will be performed in real time and the result will be available to the researcher at at any time point during the incubation^§. The combined patterns of respiration and blastomer activity provide quantitative measures of embryo quality than can be used together with traditional morphological assessment to improve embryo selection.
